We are the starting point and everyone cooperates and works passionately in order to develop the “Retail IN” project and our purpose is to improve shops thanks to our servicing expertise and our capability to deliver. Our real competence is vital for making the correct future-oriented choice and the fact that we keep uninterrupted contact with the main retail chains allows us to have an overall know-how of experience and ideas that we can try out in practice, thanks to the help of specific consultants whose lives revolve around retail.
Architect Maurizio Lissoni, board certified, got his degree in 1994 at Milano Polytechnic, obtained a professional licence and worked on new buildings, including the renovation of dated constructions. He started his experience as architect designer in the retail sector within gift shops, then became a layout designer of vast sales areas, in 1997 worked closely with Oscar Farinetti in the production of the new Unieuro concept store. He is developing retail studies by researching the flows within salespoints and therefore translates that into new display strategies: by presenting emoziona areas, new displays, by introducing self-service in consumer electronics.
He stretches his experience internationally by working on salepoints throughout Europe and in the United States. He is the founder of New Store Europe Italia srl along with his Norwegian and Swedish partners and he develops store fitting in Europe. He developed the first Eataly concept store Eataly in Torino in 2006. Delivers the Juventus at the same when the new “Juventus stadium” is officially opened and for this reason he works closely with the Nike technical management. He takes part in the spreading of Apple, COIN, Unieuro, Shell, etc. throughout Italy. In 2013 he works on in-store designs using technology for interfacing customer/product and concentrates on measuring physical retail and dynamic communication along with the traditional visual display.
www.SmileIN.it is the new frontier for measuring crowd and customer approval by means of several devices which allow you to create a judgement system for a physical store, the web, events and anything that interacts with the public. He was guest at “premio Dona” at Teatro Argentina in Rome, an event promoted by Unione Nazionale Consumatori (National Consumer Union), as an acknowledgement for introducing Smile IN, which expresses the real consumer judgement thus creating some national benchmarks.
In 2015 he became a member of the board of directors of the Retail Institute, the Italian retail association.
Inl 2017 he became a member of the board of directors of AEB S.p.A., holding company of Gelsia, Gelsia ambiente and Reti più.
His endless vision on positive development takes shape in the fact that he constantly introduces young work forces in order to join experience and innovation in improving everybody’s work pattern. This is his idea of contamination, namely learning from what surround us!
Sales Manager of Retail IN, his position includes Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, along with the event management of everything revolving around the various product units of the company: Cartronica, Happy or Not®, Etichetta Elettronica, Digital Signage, Euclid Analytics®.

Her career starts in Florence, where she attends Architecture at university: while studying she starts working on her first projects as designer, CG artist and photographer (her pictures are displayed at Giardino di Boboli and have been published on sector-based magazines/books), when she materially played a concrete part in various architecture firms, among which the undoubtedly dearest one is Michela Bigagli’s.
She graduates in Architecture with a final 110/1 10, and then, after only a few weeks, she started working full-time: during the following years she worked between Florence (Michela Bigagli Architecture, Studio A Architetti, Studio Pozzoli Architettura del Paesaggio) and Milano (Fernando Mosca Architetto Interior Designer, Studio Laura Gatti, Hembert Penaranda Officina Architetti), where she relocated at the end of April 2012 and where she still lives.
She currently works at the Retail IN company, leading the Environment team. She is responsible, as Key Account Manager and Supervisor, for the management of all the steps related to the design, production and construction of the installations carried out by the company (shops, stands, corners, etc …), in Italy and abroad (construction sites managed in Russia, France, Kazakhstan, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, Spain, etc …), starting from the relationship with the client (whether single owner, brand or chain), passing through the technical, design, construction and commercial aspects (searching suppliers, supplier comparison, prototyping/ cataloguing/ordering), to the final delivery.
Furthermore se takes part in everything related to 2D and 3D graphics (technical drawings and rendering for architecture and design, graphics, physical, digital and web communication)
She strongly believes in challenges and teamwork.
Art-enthusiast ever since childhood, he grows up attending a high school of that sector and then continues studying and working in Milano. He attends the CFP Bauer photography lessons and starts working with fashion, theater, architecture, advertising and e-commerce photographers. At the same time he studies Art Direction and Graphics at the Communication Academy, which is followed by a 6-month experience in the Enfants Terribles team, an advertising agency. He then works as a freelance photographer, and he also gathers experience as videomaker, before starting a new adventure as Art Director and Graphic Designer in Retail IN.
Her ideas have always been quite clear and her passion for everything concerning architecture and design has followed her around. She graduated from high school in a school for surveyors, then attended the Interior Design school at Milano Polytechnic, where in July 2015 she graduated with full honours. While still studying she started her working experience: she took internships and apprenticeships in architecture ateliers (Studio Arch. Ortalli and Studio Arch. Giussani, both in Erba) and she started cooperating with the company Ditta Tecno System in Canzo, where she raised her professional competence by working directly on all the stages of a project, including production. She finally reached Retail IN, where she is currently working in the Environment department where she can contribute with passion to everything concerned with architecture development, starting from creation to final execution.
Information technology enthusiast, he started studying in Palermo at the Technical Industrial Institute where he specialized in information technology, continued his education by attending several Android development trainings, ones as CISCO CCNA1 system engineer and on web site development. He had various jobs in IT, working in assistance and technical support, and cooperated with some companies in that sector, in development and management of small websites and in the application development market. Since October 2016 he is part of the RETAIL IN team as Digital Manager for Web development.
After graduating from high school he worked for nearly ten years in the e-commerce sector as Category Manager/Buyer Home Video and as Music Category Manager for two leading companies in their sector, Fnac Italia S.p.a. and Triboo S.p.a. During these years he developed pronounced customer-oriented and sales skills which allowed him to become, since February 2017, key account manager and a reference point for those customers who have chosen the Smile IN Customer Experience service.
After graduating from the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale in Merate (LC) she worked for 13 years in an accounting company.
She has been chief of administration for several companies in the Retail sector, from the beginning she has been part of the Retail IN team.
Engineer Cristian Ghezzi, board certified, graduated from Milano Polytechnic in Information Technology in 1996. After graduating he moved to England where, in 1998, he was awarded an “MPhil in Computation” at the UMIST in Manchester. He stayed one more year at UMIST as researcher and during that year he took part in several International conferences as speaker. After returning to Italy, he first worked as project manager for a Milano company and then became a self-employed consultant in 2001. Since then several well-known companies, such as Fondiaria-SAI, FIAT Group, Banca Popolare di Milano, Intesa-Sanpaolo, Borsa Italiana, SEAT Pagine Gialle, Volkswagen Bank, Young&Rubicam have assigned him work.
